2.1 Install CH340 serial port driver

Installation of CH340 Drive

1.Enter to the Uart drive (CH340) folder we provided, you will see CH341SER.EXE. Double clicking on this application will bring up the interface as shown below, we need to click 【INSTALL】.

 

 

2.We need to wait patiently until the screen of the driver installation is successful, indicating that the installation is complete, we need to click 【OK】.

3. Connect the robot car to the computer with the USB cable and power up the robot car. Then open the computer device manager and you will recognize the corresponding CH340 port, as shown below:

 

!!Note: The port number of each computer will be different, as long as it recognizes that CH340 is the port we needed.

2. Open the serial port assistant

2.1 Open the serial port assistant software (UartAssist) provided by us. Open the power switch of K210 board.

Set the parameters of the serial port assistant, select the serial port number of the K210 development board for the serial port number;

 select 115200 for the baud rate; select NONE for the parity bit; select 8 for the data bit; select 1 for the stop bit; select NONE for Flowctrl.

 

Finally click on ‘Open’.

 

 

2.2 At the bottom of the serial port assistant, we can see that 4.DTR and 7.RTS are red by default. Click 4.DTR and 7.RTS to set both to green, and then press the reset button of the K210 development board.
