If you receive a single-head battery box as shown in the figure below, when you use the Wifi camera APP to remote control car, the car will automatically power off and restart.
The reason for this problem:
1) The internal resistance of some battery box wires is too large, causing the battery to be seriously depressurized.
2) The discharge of the lithium battery is also affected due to weather and temperature.
Solution:
We will reissue you double-head new battery box as soon as possible. This problem can be solved.
